A new chocolate and salted caramel brownie is available at the Jurassic Park 30th Anniversary Tribute Store in Universal Studios Florida, featuring a white chocolate work of art depicting the iconic, shirtless Dr. Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum).

Dr. Ian Malcolm Brownie – $8

A stylized image of Ian Malcolm in an unbuttoned pose sits atop the brownie. This treat sold out today, but will be available again tomorrow morning.

This dessert has a milk chocolate coating drizzled with white chocolate and a ribbon of sea salted caramel on top.

It is presented on a gold foil board.

This may not look like a very large dessert, though we think it’s sharable since it’s so rich.

We thought this was very dense and chocolatey.

The brownie is incredibly fudgy in the center. We thought it was delicious, albeit very rich and difficult to finish alone. The caramel stood out the most to us, as it was salty and smooth. It wasn’t overly sweet, so it helped balance the strong chocolate brownie beneath.

Overall, we thought the white chocolate Ian Malcolm looked almost too good to eat. We would definitely get this again.

The Jurassic Park Tribute Store at Universal Studios Florida

The Tribute Store has become an iconic Universal staple, constantly revolving its theme to a season or event taking place in the parks. During Halloween Horror Nights, guests are able to shop in eerie and intensely themed rooms which come together to tell one larger story that takes place within the event. During the holidays, we are able to enter an entirely new world of festive fun that also follows its own storyline. Mardi Gras also hosted a shop of its own in the new space this year.

The new location can be found in the Hollywood section of Universal Studios Florida, near The Bourne Stuntacular. Williams of Hollywood (formerly the Prop Shop), The Darkroom, and additional shop spaces will host the reimagined offering.
