Mobile ordering has returned to Universal Orlando Resort, with many restaurants offering the service at Universal’s Islands of Adventure, as well as Louie’s Italian Restaurant at Universal Studios Florida.
Signs outside Burger Digs in Jurassic Park direct mobile order guests to a separate line for pick up.
In June, the service was discontinued at most Universal Orlando restaurants. It has begun to return to both parks.
Inside, a dedicated lane is marked for mobile express pick up.
Similar signage is found at walk-up quick service venues such as Pizza Predattoria.
Now that mobile ordering isn’t the only way to eat around Universal, the process is back to the streamlined service from before the pandemic. We ordered, waited a short period for our food to be prepared, and picked it up from the window with little delay.
