Yoshi’s Adventure Closed Indefinitely Following Falling Goombas at Super Nintendo World in Universal Studios Japan

Guests visiting Universal Studios Japan yesterday were sharing videos of a stack of falling Goombas at Yoshi’s Adventure in Super Nintendo World. Today, the ride is now closed with no planned reopen date.

This tweet from Twitter user @usj1 showing screenshots from the park’s mobile app, showing Yoshi’s Adventure being listed as closed.

Yesterday a stack of Goombas from Mount Beanpole fell onto the ride’s track. Maintenance workers were moving the Goombas while the ride was paused. It is unclear if there was any damage caused to the ride track that would cause this closure.
