When we ordered the AP roll, our server didn’t know what we were talking about, so we had to show them where it was listed online. The server then came back to warn us it was a very spicy and hot dish.

The roll is beautiful and smelled amazing as soon as it arrived. They gave us a cup of soy sauce, but we didn’t need any. The roll on its own is super flavorful.

The Orange Togarashi BBQ sauce is incredible. It’s really sweet and has a slightly spicy taste.

At first bite, we didn’t think the roll was spicy, but the heat crept up on us after that.

The slaw was super spicy, which surprised us. It’s spicier than the roll.

As we ate the roll, the heat seemed to build, but the sweetness of the sauce cuts through it.

The meat was hot and juicy and the panko gave it a nice crunch. It was so good, we were glad we didn’t have to share. But pretty much everything at Cowfish is good, so this was no surprise.

We highly recommend this delicious AP Roll and hope Cowfish will keep it on the menu.
