The summer Olympic season is drawing closer, and Universal Studios Florida is ready to celebrate. In addition to the Tokyo 2020 Olympics food booths in the Music Plaza, Universal has added a preshow to Cinematic Celebration. The viewing area for the show is in Central Park, with the entrance across the street from Mel’s Drive-In Restaurant.

Showtimes vary, so be sure to check the Universal Orlando Resort app or posted times around the park to plan your viewing.

Universal Orlando’s Cinematic Celebration is a nightly spectacular featuring water screens, fountains, music, lasers, and lights to showcase Universal films and attractions. The new preshow starts before the posted showtimes, so make sure to arrive early.

U.S.A. athletes are featured in the clips shown on the water screen.
