Universal Orlando Resort has announced the new quick service food location that will replace the former sushi venue on the second floor of CityWalk.

Bend the Bao will offer guests a menu of different baos and Asian-style cuisine to choose from. Items include a Crab Cake Bao with Maryland-style crab cake, shredded lettuce and mustard aioli, a Duck Bao with braised duck, kimchee slaw, XO sauce, cilantro, and a five-spice aioli.
