Universal Orlando Resort Removes Specific Three Foot Distancing and Theme Park Capacity Limitations

Universal Orlando Resort has updated its COVID-19 safety guidelines regarding physical distancing and limited capacity.

The guidelines now say “We encourage all guests to keep a safe distance between your travel party and others.” Previously, guests were required to maintain a six-foot distance, then a three-foot distance from other parties.

Though capacity may still be limited, the page no longer says “We’re currently limiting attendance at our theme parks” indicating they are planning on welcoming more guests to the theme parks soon.

There are still physical distancing markers in queues and other areas of Universal Orlando Resort. Universal is also no longer requiring vaccinated guests to wear masks.
