Halloween Horror Nights 30 isn’t far away and the Universal Orlando Resort has already started accepting internal applications from Team Members interested in entertainment roles. If you’re an employee of the Universal Orlando Resort, audition tapes are being accepted through April 11.

The auditions are open for all Team Members, whether they’ve been cast in previous years or are new to the event. Universal is asking interested Team Members to provide audition tapes for the entertainment roles they are interested in. Casting is looking for puppeteers, big foot and hybrid stilt walkers, and haunted house and street performers.

Previous experience for haunted house and street performers is not required, but experience is preferred for puppeteers and stilt walkers. Interested Team Members must be available for all rehearsal dates in August and for every night of the event from September through October. Team Member safety is a priority for Universal Orlando, so all performers will be required to wear face masks under their costume masks.

Auditions are currently only open for Team Members, but external auditions may be opening up soon. Deadline for submission is April 11, 2021. For more information on this year’s event, be sure to check out our post here with dates as well as the first speculation map. Happy Halloween!
