The torches illuminating the velociraptors at the entrance to Jurassic World VelociCoaster in Universal’s Islands of Adventure have been turned on again. Previously, the torches were seen being tested at night time. This is our first time catching them on in person.
There are two torches, one on either side of the attraction’s entrance sign, each beneath a velociraptor.
Though not as striking of a sight during the day, the torches do add an extra level of ambiance to the attraction.
Jurassic World VelociCoaster will open at Universal’s Islands of Adventure this summer. Are you excited to ride this “new species of coaster” when it finally opens? Let us know in the comments.
Do we know what day the ride is opening? My family is visiting late June-July! We’d love to know but all I have seen is that it’s opening this summer. Thanks!
