BREAKING: Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure Reach Capacity by 10:15 AM

Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure have both reached capacity for the fourth day in a row today at 10:15 AM. The parks reached capacity on Saturday, Sunday, and yesterday, December 21. This is the earliest they have reached capacity so far this season.

According to the Universal Orlando Resort Twitter, they expect to reopen the parks later today.

Holiday offerings have led to multiple capacity closures over the past few weeks. Between the start of Christmas and most Walt Disney World Annual Passholders blocked out for the holiday season, this may become a daily occurrence at Universal for the next week or so.

  1. I feel like you post “Universal reached capacity” every day now. It isn’t really news if it’s a daily occurrence? Imho

  2. Not a big deal that it reached capacity.. I was there before I traveled back home. Smart thing to do is install the universal studios app and get notifications when that happens. And they keep track of how many people leave so you can always go later. I preferred later anyway because there’s shorter lines.

    • That is for sure. My pass ended today so my son and his dad went because I had xmas shopping to do for the both of them. We went the last 3 weekends. Our passes were for both parks
