BREAKING: Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure Reach Capacity Before 9:00 AM

UPDATE: As of 11:00 AM, Universal Orlando Resort has issued an update stating they will not reopen later today. For more information, click here.


Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure have both reached capacity as of 8:52 AM. The parks last reached capacity yesterday, on December 28, and they did not reopen later in the day. For a look at yesterday’s capacity crowds, check out our post here.

According to the Universal Orlando Resort Twitter account, they expect to reopen the parks later this afternoon.
