Greetings from the Universal Orlando Resort! It’s a rainy, overcast day, but we’re in the holiday spirit. Maybe not the holiday you’re thinking of, though. Christmas decorations have started to go up around Islands of Adventure.
As we entered the park, we were greeted by festive garlands and baubles hung with great care.
They’ve been hard at work in Seuss Landing! The Who-lidays are right around the corner, and we’re eagerly awaiting any news on if we’ll get to celebrate Grinchmas this year.
Halloween Horror Nights merchandise has been discounted yet again. Select items are now 30% and 50% off.
A lonely little tree has appeared by the raptor paddock. This towering tree caught our attention as we made our way through Jurassic Park.
We made our way over to Universal Studios Florida next, and the crowds weren’t too bad.
While visiting the Wizarding World, we learned that pumpkin juice is now only available on tap. Those cute little pumpkin-topped bottles are no longer available. We heard that this might have something to do with issues with the supplier. It looks like we’ll have to settle for a cold bottle of Gilly Water instead.
A quick little afternoon rain shower sent people looking for cover.
A new chocolate frog face mask has debuted, so be sure to watch out for jumping frogs.
With the Christmas decorations going up around Islands of Adventure and the Halloween festivities dying down around Universal Studios Florida, we decided to grab a garlic parmesan twisted tater from the food truck. We’re going to miss these when they’re gone.
Toothsome Chocolate Emporium and Savory Feast Kitchen has two new seasonal flavors of macarons. You can now find pumpkin and apple macarons in the foundry.
That’s all for today. Thanks for joining us around the parks, and be sure to stay tuned to Universal Parks News Today for more updates.
