With newly-expanded hours on weekends for Halloween offerings, Universal Orlando Resort has updated Express Pass access times for its Premier Passholders. Beginning October 1, 2020, Express Pass access privileges will begin at 4 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. Weekday Express Pass access will continue to begin at 2 PM.

In August, Universal announced that Express Pass access would begin at 2 PM. Given the later closures, the new 4 PM weekend access time mirrors the resort’s policies prior to August 2020.

Express Pass gives Universal Orlando Resort guests the ability to skip the regular line. Premier Passholders are able to use Express Pass once per attraction on each visit.
