Universal Orlando Resort’s Annual Passholder Appreciation Days are almost here, and the latest round of perks include discounts on hotel rooms and dining, as well as a “terrifying” button.
As seen in the latest issue of the UOAP Passport, this button, inspired by of Revenge of the Mummy. Show your insider knowledge with a [ghostly swoosh]! The button is available beginning September 1st.
If you’re looking to have a little extra fun and save money, discounts can be found at Universal Orlando’s hotels. Annual Passholders can book a standard room at Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort for $79.00 per night, with family suites available for $109.00/night. Rooms must be booked by October 31st for travel through November 1st.
Feeling hungry? There’s savings to be had there, too! During Passholder Appreciation Days, select hotel restaurants and bars are offering special discounts, including:
- Velvet Bar (Hard Rock Hotel) – 20% off food
- Orchid Court Lounge (Loews Royal Pacific Resort) – 20% off food
- Strong Water Tavern (Loews Sapphire Falls Resort) – 20% off food
- Swizzle Lounge (Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort) – Happy hour pricing all night
- Bar 17 Bistro (Universal’s Aventura Hotel) – 20% off food and happy hour pricing all night
Universal Orlando has confirmed that Annual Passholders do not need to be staying at the hotel to take advantage of these deals.
Passholder Appreciation Days will also feature exclusive menu items for Annual Passholders, including these super-tempting margherita pizza fries from Cafe 4 at Universal’s Islands of Adventure. You can find the full listing with prices here!

It’s absolutely ridiculous that Universal, which was always in Disney’s shadow from day one, has been treating their most valued guests much more respectfully than Disney has. Special food items, discounts on dining and hotel rooms, probably other things too that this article didn’t talk about…what does Disney give us? A stupid magnet, as if I don’t already have one of them from the last two festivals I attended. A magnet really makes up for all the things Disney has suspended and all the overpriced experiences, doesn’t it?
