After a nearly week-long closure, Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure has reopened to guests at Universal’s Islands of Adventure. The attraction closed on August 12th due to a fire that broke out backstage. Back on Friday, we learned that the ride was expected to reopen today. Long lines greeted the attraction on its return, with the queue extending into The Lost Continent. Currently, the ride is only offering a standby line, with the Virtual Queue not being utilized in this location. In keeping with social distancing procedures, parties are spaced out within the queue.See alsoJessica Figueroa·April 28, 2020Orange County Task Force Establishes Initial Guidelines for Walt Disney World Reopening (Guest Spacing, Wiping Vehicles, etc.), Mayor Believes June Reopening Realistic Hagrid’s pumpkins sure are a welcome sight now that we can visit him again.
