BREAKING: Raptor Figure Installed at “Velocicoaster” Site Inside Jurassic Park at Universal’s Islands of Adventure

Clever girl…

A raptor has arrived on scene at the site of the up-and-coming “Velocicoaster” at Universal’s Islands of Adventure.

The life-sized dinosaur figure is being installed within one of the show scenes in the coaster, still seen wrapped in plastic for protection as it was lowered onto the site—now, let’s just hope that transfer cage holds…

Despite these visible advancements at the coaster site, the attraction remains officially unannounced by Universal Orlando Resort, with no official grand opening date, although progress appears to be happening at raptor-like speed. Once open, guests will travel at up to 60 miles per hour on the coaster, doing barrel rolls over the lagoon and passing by elaborate water features, which can also be seen taking shape in the rockwork above.
